Dude, let's go for a run.

So I took an easy 30 minute, 4 mile jog on some man made trails outside my house this morning (ran 10.5 with 1400’ gain so my legs needed a break). Anyway, about half way though, I experienced the most painful, crippling side stitch ever! I kept running but it felt like someone stuck a knife underneath my ribcage and was stabbing my innards. I finished the run in 31:35 somehow. Anyone else have a similar terrible experience?
